Haven Pointe has been a good home for us for the past 2 years. The apartment is spacious and maintenance has been wonderful about fixing the small issues. While we've lived here, they redid the playground and it's much more children friendly, our 3 year old loves it! My only issue is the cleanliness. The residents don't care about cleaning up after their dogs and there aren't enough dumpsters to hold everyones trash so it's always overflowing before the truck comes around. Fix those 2 issues and this would be a 5-star place!

Took my deposit and did not return. Apartment was exactly as I left it. Unprofessional. Edit: Returned my deposit. Changed to 3 stars. Neighbors downstairs were abusive. I called the cops multiple times but there's not much the apartments can do about it.

I came in for a tour this morning and the girl helping me was so kind and helpful. I believe her name was Veronica, but she answered all my questions and showed me around! Very professional and presentable! The tour was great, love the location. Definitely considering making this my new home!

We've lived at Haven Pointe since September 2020 and it's been a wonderful experience for the most part! Carina is an excellent leasing consultant who is attentive to phone calls and emails and makes the application process and any other later communication a breeze. The buildings are a bit older so expect a few minor maintenance issues. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the area is conveniently located to tons of stores and restaurants (everything within about a 10 minute drive) which I absolutely love!! The only reason I removed a star isn't directly related to the apartments themselves but unfortunately is part of the experience of living in the community. I dislike how there are always children running around unsupervised through the community because they've rung our doorbell several times to ask for food or just run away! They also mess with our windows and sometimes sit on the air conditioning units. Maybe if the playground wasn't made of metal bars, the children would enjoy playing there (which adds a bit to the less than 5 rating). All in all: our apartment is great, the leasing office and maintenance staff are attentive and cooperative, and the area is extremely convenient so we're very happy at this community and plan on staying a few more years!

Yes all the walls in West Haven apartmentsare then because I can hear all the neighbors around me and now the Management's in the office do not do anything about it if they get too loud on that you'll just have to call the police
Rent is the same for everyone but you cannot make over a certain amount to live here. So the rent isnt based on your income but the rent is lower than other apartments if that makes sense.
Yes section 8 vouchers refer stephanie Mitchell if you get in. It's a 35 dollar fee per applicant
They go by your income you could pay anywhere from $900 to $1,000 in rentturn on how much your income is the only thing you do is just come down and talk to him and then they can figure out a price for you
I've been here since 2013 I have known several people that passed away while living here including my mother this February. Most of the folks I know lived here but passed away in the hospital.
