Great people at the leasing office, they are always helping and very friendly. My experience is that there are no consideration on rent hikes for current residents. I have been living here for more than 3 years and with the new lease renewal I am pretty much paying the same as someone who is just moving in, only $50 less than someone who is just signing up. Rent hikes has been drastic, I understand that we all need to make a living but to the point that there are no benefits to be a loyal long term renter is discouraging. This is a good place to live but probably this coming up renewal would be my last one since I prefer to rent somewhere else for the same price ($$$) and have everything brand new.

We have lived here for 4yrs so we must love it.. One West is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious, beautiful inside and out. The amenities are fun to have for the whole family. The staff is amazing and always very helpful. Like I said, We love it here!

Worst Complex ever! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Moving out is a nightmare. There are ridiculous charges adding up to over $900. I spent days cleaning the apartment before moving out. My last month at the complex, they attempted to charge me the full month's rent when I was only going to be living there for 4 days. I contacted management about the issue several times and could never get it resolved. I eventually was charged a late fee for not paying on time when the amount listed was incorrect! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Management is unethical and dishonest. The only reason there are positive review is because management offered gift cards to write reviews.
