I go here often for gas and they generally have pumps open so that's nice. I like the rewards points from groceries, but I wish it was more points per purchase.

Normally I would rate this high. I went to the North Ogden center last and I was less than impressed. I had cash. I went up and the kid was on his phone/game?? It took him a while to acknowledge me. He acted as if I had impodisioned him. Come on people..it is a job and you are getting paid. Act like it!

I've been a loyal Smiths shopper for years and have always really liked them. However, as of April 3rd, you will be losing me as your loyal customer. Smith's new policy of not accepting Visa anymore from that date forward is seriously unprofessional. They claim its because of "excessive fees", but we all know that the customer isn't going to benefit from this new policy. We arent going to magically see a drop in food prices. It's not OK to put your customers in the middle of a spat between Kroger and Visa.
