Love this store! It is very different from my local grocery store in California. Every employee is terrific. I generally find what I need and much more. The store is very clean and actually has paper bags if I don't have enough cloth bags with me I do hope paper gets placed at self check out too. It's a huge deal from my point of view to avoid the non- recyclable plastic bags. ⭐A big shout out to the amazing Parker, Emily, Brax and especially Mary at self check out for always being available when I mess up. Your an angel! 🌙

Customer service at this Smith's is horrible. When I went there were only 3 regular checkout lanes open. The checker scanned my groceries and only bagged my bread and chips. I ended up bagging my own groceries, which I have done before but only when the store was extremely busy. Several employees walked by and none of them stopped to help. At the very least the cashier should of bagged the groceries herself, more than just the one bag.Very poor customer service.

There's only two cashiers that are very kind, non judgmental. Everyone else Are very unprofessional, have no customer service skills at all n will judge you the moment you walk in, it doesn't matter You can just get done doing yard work or Working on your car and if you don't look like you Come from money. You're going to get disrespected, Harassed and followed Like you're Some piece of S**t, You're going to get looked at like your trash, Belittled and talk down to infront of other customers. It's on daily basis which sucks because I live a couple blocks away n I rather drive to the 12th street smith's instead of shopping there

Went earlier tonight and my daughter wanted to use the fitting room. No answer on the phone multiple times and when it was finally answered we were told "the people who work in that area left so you'll have to come back tomorrow". The 3 employees near and behind customer service were just hanging out, talking amongst themselves. Meanwhile ZERO registers are open. We waited in self checkout along with atleast 15 other customers, some with heaping carts. A register should have been opened, even if only for those with large orders. JJ and Emily were literally doing nothing and customer service wasn't open so to watch them stand around and chat while we all wait in a long slow line was pretty frustrating. I use to love shopping here, not the case anymore.

You don't have to worry. You can leave it in the foyer with the carts
From what I've seen, they have a large vegetarian and gluten-free aisle. Besides that I'm unsure of said aisle's inventory.
They have been very polite and helpful with me.
One of the employees of the old place kept harassing customers being really pushy and we talked to the employee and their manager multiple times before deciding that if they weren't going to treat our customers, you, with the respect they deserve we would have to let them go.
Still have to wear a mask. They still have one-way arrows on the aisles, but many people go the wrong way.
