Today was not good at all, let's just say that I have never been cut on my neck by any barber in my life. Decided to go to a different great clips location and I very much highly regret my decision.

All I wanted was my little guy’s haircut before his birthday party today so we showed up within 5 min of opening and waited 40 minutes and then had to leave because we didn’t have enough time. Plan on waiting at least twice as long as they tell you. Even if you check in online. We were also passed over by multiple people who arrived after us who hadn’t checked in online. With no explanation. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be wasting my time with this place any longer.

I have been to many salons and other hair establishments but the staff here know their stuff. It is an easy process to check in online- you can even watch the wait time if you want. I get my undercut done and I barely have to give instructions since they keep a detailed note on file with how clients like their hair done. It's great not feeling like a broken record or just dollar signs.
