Possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Just moved into the area. Tried 3 times because Wendy's is the move. I'm not sure if they get the bottom of the barrel of food shipments but my crispy chicken was sour. Not sure how that's possible. Also, the manager that took my order sounded like she was sleeping and said 3.5 words.

Bun was super hard on part of my son's burger. They refused to replace it even though I asked. Their reason was because he discovered it partway through eating it. Fries weren't any better; each container had ones like this in it. Their service is slow and completely not up to par; ordering took about 5-8 minutes, and they still didn't get order right. Dine in area isn't kept clean either. Worst Wendy's I have been to. I won't be returning; a customer behind me said they know to not come to this one, because it has a bad reputation.

just ordered thru the drive thru and they didn't even tell me the total of my order. the guy taking out order didn't even seem to wanna be there. and the girl handing out our food just handed it to us then shut the window. no conversation or anything. not even a your welcome after we said thank you. her hands were so dirty and her hair wasn't even properly pulled up. I work in fast food and ik how it is but they were just rude.

Worst Wendy’s in Utah! I went there a few weeks back and everything tasted old and wasn’t good but I thought maybe they were just having a bad day. Went back today and it’s even worse! Fries tasted terrible, like they had been sitting there for hours. I tried the new big bacon cheddar, and I have nothing good to say about it. The bun was old and dry, the bacon was burnt and again the burger tasted like it had been sitting there all day. Not sure what is going on there but quality is not on the list.
