My husband and I lived here for almost 3 years but we’re moving due to his job transferring him to a different state but in those 3 years, our experience has been amazing! Shalia and Rachel takes care of everything in a fast manner and is very professional! Maintenance is always helpful and so kind! I would definitely recommend seasons of Layton! They are awesome!

The Staff are great and answered all of our questions. We took a tour of the property and it's amenities and also one of the apartments. Unfortunately, there's not yet an available apt in the size we are looking for. Seasons is in our top 4 of places we are considering for our next move.

First I want to start off with how well my move in was a year ago. The office staff is always so amazing and friendly to me. I can come in, let them know what’s up and they listen and take care of it. They have been great to work/live with this past year. Second, the maintenance team is awesome. Whenever I had a maintenance issue “pretty eyes” (what my girls and I call him) scoots on over in his golf cart and handles business. I don’t know which maintenance staff fix my light yesterday, but I called on my way home from work, made the request, came in my room to change out my work clothes , my kiddo let him in, he changed it and was out within 7 minutes… what crew do you know that can handle business like that? The building and amenities are always kept nice, and if there is an issue, the staff notifies everyone what is going on, what they are doing to get it fixed and when it should accomplished. Gym is always nice. Theater room is on point! It is my favorite! You can bring your roku, hook it up and watch what you want or watch DVDs that they provide. Game room is nice for the first part, until kids go in lol. This is just a beautiful play to live. It is right in the center of everything. Restaurants, target is walking distance, you have car maintenance like Meineke and discount tire, NRHS is right across the street, NL Junior high, LLA and Lincoln elementary are within walking distance. This is just the ideal spot to live in. Rooms are big! Patios are big, kitchen is really nice. Bathrooms are very spacious.my closet in my room has turned into an office/sewing room. I think it’s a good size. If I didn’t get a job opportunity in another state, I’d be staying. 🖤🤍🖤

Ashley made our move in very convenient. She had a wonderful attitude, was easy to work with and made everything simple to understand and get through. It helped that nearly all of the paperwork was digital. She never made it feel inconvenient for us to schedule a 2 bedroom viewing then change and schedule for a 3 bedroom later, as we decided to upgrade at the earliest opening of one. The tour was pleasant. After getting the keys and answering a few last questions the place looked great when we stepped into our new home. It smelled fantastic, was very clean, and looked very up to date. We're excited about moving into Seasons and are already feeling very comfortable here. I have high hopes for our time here.
