I rarely leave reviews specially when negative but I waited 3 hours just to get a bed and then after three hours they call and say that they actually don’t have it! I actually rented a uhaul just to get it and now I have to come back and rent another uhaul just to get it. This place is no good!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

When purchasing from the Ashley Outlet, one might want to watch when they load it into your vehicle. Today, the guy dropped it and busted two drawers…then tried to fix the damage…with Elmer’s glue. Yes, the same glue you used in grade school that could barely hold construction paper together. When I asked the sales guy why they were using that glue he said “We pretty much always use Elmer’s glue”. After that, I got a full refund. So, moral of the story is, don’t by from Ashley’s Outlet when elementary school glue is used to “fix” what they broke before it even leaves the warehouse.
