I thought this was going to be a great experience… NOT I can in knowing what I want as well as pre approved… the salesman played around and jacked up the price…. Maybe I should have went to Ashley Furniture… they gave me a delivery number for an additional company that charges an astronomical fee… 10% upcharge …. horrible experience … call cooperate

Employees at the location are not attentive to customers. I went in with the intention to make a purchase. No one offered assistance or greeted me after 30 minutes of walking the entire store.

Yes they have multiple options and color's
The team members wear mask. They have sanitizing stations. When you pull up to the dock get in line had them your order they laid it on your truck or in your vehicle.
We went on Sat morning and had our entire purchase delivered same day.
At the foot of the bed it will show if firm or soft. Sorry for your bad experience. I have always had a good experience.

Yes you can if it is the same furniture store/company.
I wouldn't trust getting anything from them. I just bought a bed from them and the box spring is bigger than the mattress, they would not exchange it or even let me return it and get something else. Your best bet is Nebraska furniture mart, they have great merchandise at phenomenal prices.
