Why they don't tell people, if the mattress you buy, is firm or soft or something, this mattress i bought is like im sleeping, in a 2 by 4 mattress size, is F Rediculios, i just gave $400 for free to this F people

At the foot of the bed it will show if firm or soft. Sorry for your bad experience. I have always had a good experience.

I don't know the answer to your question but the mattress has firm or soft printed somewhere on them. I had a pleasant experience at the outlet store.
