Love to take the shuttle from Ferndale to Seattle. Have ALWAYS had a great experience with ALL aspects of using their service. I am sorry for not being able to recall the name of the older gentleman who is the driver I've had a number of times. He's AWESOME. VERY nice, friendly, helpful & provides STELLAR services & a great driver. ALWAYS been on time...@ each stop & was SUPER kind about the fact that I was totally unfamiliar with Seattle & on a VERY FULL bus. I was the ONLY person who was getting off @ the Civic (?) Center & was CLUELESS about MUCH that day (my daughter had JUST been airlifted to HMC Burn Trauma ICU & I was was unable to think about ANYTHING else) Rather than "put me on blast" with the loudspeaker 📢....he walked all the way back to the back of the bus, where I was seated to kindly let me know that this was my stop....may seem like no big deal...but I can tell you that right @ THAT moment...it was truly the difference between the fine line I was riding between "ok" (enough to function) & a puddle of emotions, tears & embarrassment. I have nothing but awesome things to say about EVERYTHING & EVERY ONE with whom I have personally dealt with. My family members are also VERY HAPPY & long-term users of The Bellair Shuttle Service.

Everybody was nice and helpful. The driver was professional, we got to the airport earlier than scheduled. It was a good trip.

Good standard of vehicles connecting Seattle to towns north where flight connections are expensive and rail links and Greyhound buses limited. Urry the driver was very professional & friendly, explained evacuation procedures in unlikely event, and thanked all passengers for wearing masks. Glad to enjoy watching the countryside and catch up on work via mobile compared to restrictions when driving. Would definitely use again. Would say the convention center pick up location in Seattle isn't well signposted, an app for passenger reassurance of bus pick up times and locations would be a blessing.

Yes they have parking there. Fare is $96 round-trip and $48 one way.
I ride them quite frequently, and they arrive almost to the min. Very reliable time-wise.

Hi Jamie, the last Shuttle out of SeaTac is scheduled at 1130 pm which arrives in Burlington around 0115 and passengers bound for Anacortes transfers to a feeder bus to take them west and would normally take approximately 25 min to get to Ana Shell station.
