2 separate times I went into the store and was guaranteed my bill would be $110, just paid $208. Before paying I went into the store to figure out why and waited to be helped for 30 minutes before just leaving and calling Customer service, who had no idea why I would be told that it would be $110. Feels like I was tricked, will never go to that store again and looking to change phone companies.

Not crazy about t mobile to begin with, sorry, just a die hard Boost gan cuz when they say $60 a month unlimited, they mean $60 a month unlimited. My bill with TMobile is anywhere from $120 to $180 a month am mad it gets to the point of ridiculous, even tho when I got it first set up, I was told my bill would stay consistently the same. ANYHOO, my problem, not yours. The real reason why I’m dropping a review is because on the website for one of our local stores, it says LGBTQ friendly. Be very wary of coming here. I came in to upgrade my phone and was told it would be cheaper if I added a line. It was not! Then when I canceled the line, I was charged even more. Ridiculous! Sprint didn't do anything. I refuse to go back to the store. The manager was also extremely unprofessional. Played on his phone the entire time. Never again!
