From my future wife: I would give ZERO starts if I could! Based solely on LACK of professionalism & the fact that I left in tears (NOT the happy kind!). I stopped by to show Maria a photo of my wedding dress & talk to her about the problem I was running into with getting it altered. I did not want to waste either of our time by bringing in my dress, trying it on, & the whole ordeal until I knew if she would be able to do what was needed. She answered the phone twice for what were clearly personal phone calls in just the few minutes I was there, but in the time we actually did speak, we were not understanding each other. She finally said she is very busy & needs to get back to a dress she was working on. I explained that I know she's busy (that's why I didn't bother bringing the dress- just tried to have a quick convo), but I was also trying to give her business. She THEN tells me about the great number of years she's been in business & that one dress will make no difference to her. She kept repeating that she does not want my business & does not want to help me. This woman... this "business-owner" was the rudest, cold-hearted woman I have ever come across. Apparently she is so successful & busy that she can afford to be rude & unprofessional to potential customers. This woman that came recommended to me followed me out the door mumbling to me as I was walking to my car, which I got in & cried from the utter disbelief & frustration.
