It is a nice gym, but is extremely lacking in cardio equipment. It has nice treadmills but the bikes are subpar. If you are not taking the gym too seriously, go ahead. Otherwise, it's not worth it. The bikes don't even track progress (unless you want the seated ones. They have great machines and good weights, but the bench is set up to where you can't even use it with the safety bars on.

Neither good nor bad for a gym, honestly it's above average as anytime fitness locations go. They have a good amount of everything. If you're looking for a 24 hour gym that has most of what you'd be looking for to workout this place is great. Bathrooms are generally pretty clean, along with the entire gym itself cleanliness is far from an issue. Price tag for anytime fitness locations are a bit higher than competition for what you get. Other gyms of similar price point offer additional features like sauna, childcare, tanning, along with other things. You won't find those kinds of amenities here, along with it being a smaller and sometimes crowded location. The atmosphere is generally friendly and you can get a great workout here.

I really like the convenience of this gym and that it is always open. The equipment is newer and all in fantastic shape. Plenty of space to work out and a very comfortable atmosphere. When needed, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. I just wish I would have joined sooner!

Nate is very professional and efficient as the manager of the gym! The pricing is decent and Mario Borino has become a good friend of mine over my times working out there! To any frequent gym-goer in Adams this is going to be more affordable than PF and has the basic necessities! I also have to comment on the cleanliness of the gym and the work ethic to keep everything “tip-top!”
