Very clean, even with the refresh of the breakfast area going on. The staff is not very friendly, I would say aside from the housekeeper who was very friendly everyone else seemed to have other places to be. The pool is hilariously small, but right outside of the pool area is a beautiful patio.

The room was clean and the staff was great. I would had given five starts but there is little to no communication or signs on how to get to the parking garage and at night having someone talk you by phone is in a bit scary.

The parking garage was horrible for a truck! The room never got made, which is ok, but it would be nice if someone would have told us. I think they were really low on staff. Hot Breakfast was eggs and wrinkled sausage and the usual bagel cereal and yogurt. Hot coffee got cleaned up with breakfast, so don't go looking for a cup during mid day. Pool ladder steps spun and were missing bolts. The pool tile was fairly slippery... My son fell a few times and I had to walk very carefully. This is a great option if you need to be on the pitts area. It’s like 3 miles from the blvd of allies/liberty tunnel. The property is located directly in the middle of mt Lennon. Super walkable and tons of great food/drink options. The parking is also the best I’ve ever had at a pitts hotel in general (warning- it’s a little tight if you’re in a larger vehicle but manager & onsite) The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby is really large, very clean, and soon will have a bar. Pool was indoors and heated, outdoor patio was fully set with tons of comfy seating and a nice view. Rooms are large, clean but dated. This property is well deserving of an update. No USB ports are in room so pack some cubes, the tv is also not smart/built in streaming apps so pack a chrome cast toggle is that’s a thing for you. Otherwise highly recommend as the downtown Marriott is absolutely the worst.
