This place is the real deal. In my experience, when you order a croissant, you either get crunchy or fluffy. I don’t know what kind of magic is going on in the back but my almond croissant was crunchy on the outside and perfectly fluffy on the inside. Best croissant I’ve ever had. Please support this place.

Loved their fresh and good quality pastries and especially their nice and polite staff! highly recommend this branch of La Gourmandine if you’re in Mount Washington area or around Pittsburgh. They have small tables inside the bakery to sit and enjoy your dessert and coffee there! Nice location!

Amazing 10/10 little bakery, I haven’t tried any other locations but this location was great, staff were amazing and very helpful. The Eclairs were truly awesome and the almond croissant was great. Plan on coming in a little early, the close at 2:30 and by that time most of the stuff is already gone so come in in the morning to get what u want. They also have some interesting French cakes that were great. Definitely recommend this place for breakfast and desserts.

Generally they say 72hrs before
They run out of things regularly. Call them and prepay. Because by the time you hit the store they may be sold out. Don't remember seeing scones or the minicakes here, but have seen madleines definitely. They are the best bet for really good pastries and cakes if you can beat the crowds.
I am not aware of any gluten free
They do not have anything published but have always been helpful when ordering. If you have dairy or wheat issues you may want to consider another destination.
