Positive: It was clean for what it was. Negative: The from desk/room to check in looks like a prison cell. The room was definitely disinfected The smell was so strong it sticks in your throat. The free breakfast did not exist. Its a sketchy motel at the end of the day.

I have been staying at the Wilmington inn since the middle of November and I’ve had such a great experience with the housekeepers. The people in the office they are very helpful and kind. I actually move my brother down here and he’s been staying in their rooms and they’ve been very helpful with me to make sure they’re checking on him and his experience there is just great.

If you want to stay at a place that has bugs everywhere , ants all over bathroom floor , then come here . I tried to get a refund after I spoke with the front desk about it and they said they would do it and I contacted the third party too that I booked through . When the third party called them they acted like they knew nothing about it. Not only that the place has multiple broken appliances and wall paper peeling too and some Guys CAR got broken into there also. Stay far away from this place ! I also provided video too of alll the ants running around and I mean HUNDREDS of ants Do NOT come here if you would like to not sleep with bugs and also not get a refund for how disgusting it is

Positive: Location Negative: Repairs were being made to the hotel while I was there with hammering during the day. No free breakfast was available as promised, said to be because of covid but no other business had that issue in the area. I would not use this hotel again.
