My grandson and I went thru the drive thru in Wilmington Oh. When I was handed the bag with our food I asked about dipping sauce for the mozzarella sticks and the jalapeno poppers ( the employee) had not asked if we wanted any or a flavor. He immediately got a negative attitude and threw 2 different kinds in the bag and proceded to hand it back to me. When I asked if we could get 2 more I was refused and he closed the window on me. Not the best way to keep customers. And now I can understand why your ratings don't go above the 3's. Very disappointed.

My initial interaction with the drive thru voice was not very friendly they just said go ahead in a rude manner I was trying to ask a question about the menu and she seemed frustrated with us I just wanted the 2 for 6 roast beef and fish she rang us up as something else and when I told her the price should be 6 $ she said we order the wrong beef sandwich I said okay I just want the 2 for 6 sandwich whichever one that may be and she got super irritated and told someone else to ring us out. at that point I didn’t want the service it was so poor. When I called to talk to a manager about the interaction she said I was standing right there she wasn’t being rude it baffled me that the management would just lie about it. It was very clear the women was irritated and rude from start to finish she even walked away angrily and told someone else to ring us out
