I haven't completed the rental to make a full blown report but I was concerned during the walk around the car had several scratches and a few dents on one door and I was told "just take pictures of anything that concerns you" so I took pictures of everything. I am more comfortable with a paper we both sign that all the damage was done before I took possession of the vehicle. The rate isn't bad since we aren't at an airport. I was kind of put off my a Toyota Camry being considered a full size equivalent to a Chevy Malibu.

Still had vehicles showing online as available to reserve. Reserved a minivan or comparable to hold 7 people and when we arrived to pick up the vehicle there were none! None at all to hold 6 or more people. We were leaving for vacation and ended up having to drive 2 cars. Not happy at all!!!!

Don’t request a specific size car or type of car. Advance reservations mean nothing. If they don’t have it in stock, you don’t need it. ** Update. I called customer service. They could not fix the problem. I replied to the email below, but they have offered nothing to resolve my problem. I got a call the next day from the local manager, who offered to do me a favor by putting me in a pickup truck instead of the full size or luxury model I reserved. I thanked him but declined. My takeaway--they do not stock the cars they advertise.
