Positive: Price and location. Daily maid service. Stayed 2 nights and had maid service after the 1st night. Negative: I found several hairs in the bed that were not mine. Both of our keys failed to work long before we were to check out.

Room smelled like smoke, no breakfast items, sheet was clean but stained, no elevator to second floor, but the price made it acceptable.

I am staying in Wilmington for a few months with my job, I made agreement with the owner got off work this morning would be here roughly until 5:00pm we agreed on $50 if I stayed later or wanted to come back in the morning until check out o would need to pay for a full day rate of $75. ,I went to pay the difference of $25 what she old me was due , the man was rude , started saying I owed $128 the price went up , I asked to speak tohis wife who had given me the rate. He refused to let me speak to her. The owner was horrible wanted to listen to anything arranged, nor would get the lady I made arrangement with, AVOID this place,price depends on mood!!! Take that extra few minutes and go to another place..

This is a very decent hotel with everything you need for a budget extended stay in Wilmington. The rooms are a bit dated and show signs of their age (the telephone was still branded with a former name of the hotel), but everything is functional and got the job done. The outside side door to hallway access wasn't locked (despite a card reader), but each room has a good card lock that worked every time. There is a pool (which we did not use) that seemed to be enjoyed by other guests. We stayed for four nights and had zero trouble adding an extra night after I screwed up the reservation! No hidden fees or charges. The rooms are not stocked with a lot of extras (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) but enough for a couple days and more were available on request. Overall, for our use (a place to sleep at night) it was well worth the cost and we will definitely choose this over other more expensive options in the future.
