The waitress was good. The vegetarian spaghetti was lacking in spaghetti sauce and spaghetti. It was not worth the 7.50 I paid for it. I rarely eat out and wished I had not today.

My sister, her grandson and I are there yesterday evening (June 24, 2022) around 5:30. This place was great two months ago, we we've been going there each Friday evening for coffee and food. Each week the service declined, and last night was the last straw for us. "We will not return." My double burger was just slightly okay, my fries were so hard and grease soaked that I asked to have remade. My sister ordered a 3-way and it was cold, her grandson had chicken tenders and fries and the child couldn't eat the fries because the fries were so hard his little teeth of a five year old couldn't bit it. Our waitress was polite and quickly replaced the fries that she herself made. The other staff just sit around and talked between themselves. Only two other tables had customers. THIS PLACE NEEDS A GOOD WELL TRAINED MANAGER, WHO KNOWS HOW TO TRAIN THE STAFF!!! The staff act like they have never even been inside a business before and they are clueless. This place is a DISGRACE to the entire Lebanon community.

Sheila who was working the drive thru is one of the most courteous, polite and professional people I have dealt with. As a General Manager, I have to say Sheila is a treasure and an employee that GM's look for when it comes to customer service. She also mentioned her daughter was making my food and has worked for Gold Star for 25 years. It doesn't get much better than that!

Service was horrible, we sat and was told we will be served in a minute, then proceeded to wait another table drinks and order. And when i asked for menus to look over it before we ordered i was told our server will be right with us, just awful awful service you put your customer first if you want them to return and i was treated to where i wont return to this establishment.we had to wait a long timw to get our food and once we got our food stuff was made wrong. Had to go get our own refills. The restaurant was not busy at all and still had to wait on everything. Food was good once we got it, just the customer service was terrible.
