Not even worth a star. These people don't truly care about busine$$ ethics and treating others with respect, and being very petty about it. I have always shown proper business/work ethics when it comes to others personal property, it is me that gets the cold shoulder over needing to look at someone's vehicle that is close to me to see if it was worth getting out the impound lot due to a front end collision i was not permitted to just view the vehicle not even wanting to enter the vehicle and because i wasn't the owner what am i going do sabotage it, seriously petty people i will never call them ever!!!

Great customer service! Had an auto emergency on a Saturday afternoon for an elderly family member while I was out of town. This company went above and beyond to help and make sure he was taken care of. Yesterday my wife and I were broke down near Kings Island(we live in Florence, Ky). We called AAA and they sent Richard from your company to help us. Richard was immediately professional and calming and also arrived very quick to help us. Richard got us home safe through rain and traffic.
