Drive thru worker extremely rude. Husband ordered large drinks and she handed us medium and we said we ordered large. So she got mad and gave us large and was like "its going to cost you more next time!". We have literally never ordered a medium drink from a McDonald's before so I doubt he messed up while ordering.

I have been going to this McDonalds probably 4/7 early mornings a week for the past year or so. Legitimately EVERY experience with this location’s weekday morning crew in particular has been nothing short of top tier service in every aspect. The morning crew of the Lebanon McDonalds is one of the most professional and efficient crews I have experienced in the local food industry. The food is always warm, fresh, and consistent; their customer service is friendly, sincere, and understanding. I don’t get the usual “go ahead” I hear when I pull through at some other food locations. Experienced staff, quality experiences, and consistency. Something rather rare these days. I wanted to particularly shout out one of kind ladies who works the early morning shift weekdays. I unfortunately have somehow never asked for her her name, but she has always been legitimate and kind. She has one of the most sincere sounding greetings, and has always treated me with respect. She has helped me a vast majority of the times I have visited this location, and I wanted to thank her for always being exemplary in a field that is truly difficult to do so within.

Tried to order three drinks inside. After a ten minute wait, asked for a refund. The manager dropped multiple f-bombs in front of the many children waiting, and said they were going to call the police. I said I'd be very happy to wait for them to show up and tell the police they took my money. Got the refund very quickly. Four other families also demanded refunds.

Don’t waste your time me and my wife went through the drive-through and ordered two fish sandwiches and a cheeseburger meal fry’s were so cold then I went to take a bite of the cheeseburger and the bread was so hard nearly chipped a tooth, took the items back through the window asked them to fix it we set out there for almost 5 minutes then manager came to window and said “ Do you just want your money back” so I said yes… Horrible service two workers near back door smoking had I saw that in the first place would have never stopped…. Lebanon Ohio McDonald’s service horrendous!!!!
