Where is the pork!? I ordered a baconator for lunch today, there was only two tiny pieces of bacon, very unsatisfying and very disappointing! At least the food was hot…. Very disappointed!

Canisteo Valley Cichlids

Ordered a double cheeseburger meal with no onions. The drink was a medium Sprite. I paid at the window and pulled forward to the pickup window. When the employee handed me the bag, I asked for ketchup. I was handed a few and I dropped that into the bag and started forward. The next guy pulled up behind me and I started around the building to access the highway. As I was pulling into the road that would put me back on the trip home, I reached into the bag for the straw to sip my Sprite. No straw. Well I searched the whole bag. Still no straw and now I realize no napkin either. By now I'm pulling into the interstate and no access to turn back. So I took the top off my drink and sipped it that way, wiping my mouth on my sleeve since I had no napkin. Then I ate my fries and ketchup. Then I pulled my double cheeseburger with no onion out for a bite and right there to my surprise was three big rings of raw onions on my burger!! So this Wendy's is without a doubt not worthy of more than two stars. Attention to details goes a long way with me. I'm pretty good at rewarding the service food industry with 5 star reviews but no way on this one.

The man at the register was so nice! I didn’t catch his name, but he was so nice to me, my twin sister, and my friend. Amazing service! Can’t wait to come back!!

Not sure why the cashier was told to complete the order ahead of us when the food wasn't ready before taking our order. She was new & seemed to have just been thrown on the register. There was plenty of help at this Wendy's which was good. Maybe just need to be a little more organized.
