Ordered a 16 pc family meal, 2 mashed potatoes & gravy, 1 Coleslaw, 1 greenbean & instead I received a small bowl of Mac and cheese from a meal box & not a greenbean! You would think basically for $45 they could get your order right!! Check your orders to make sure their right, it will be along time if at all that we'll go back!

Did drive thru. Chicken for sandwiches was being cooked. So that was fresh. My 2 piece meal wasn't fresh, hot or correct. I asked for mac & cheese got cold potatoes instead. No napkins or silverware. Very disappointed in the quality and not getting the right items. Too much to go back. Last several times the orders were not complete or wrong. Going somewhere else for chicken. Sad because this was a go to place for us.

The employees and manager are very rude and forgot they work in a customer service oriented job. Not to mention, if its on your menu, why are you trying to convince me that it wasn't?
