When I visit Ace Hardware I expect to pay more because it's a "neighborhood hardware store." When your prices are higher than the big box stores, the thing that you need in order to differentiate yourself from the competition is customer service. Otherwise, why would someone want to shop there? You can see where this is going... I'm not going to shop somewhere that makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience while they charge me higher prices.

Very complete Ace hardware store. The store is larger than most in the area and had many items that a lot of the big box store don't. So if you your looking for that specific item you may just want to look here first, or if you have a lot of time on your hands start at the big box store and then come back here. Either way you will probably be glad you did 😊.

Great store, very helpful staff. Ace continues to be my go to over home depot for the ease of getting what I need and not spending hours trying to find it.
