We have been with this credit union for more than 25 years. Great loan rates, good account options for no or low fee plus interest on savings and checking based on a minimum balance. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They participate in shared branch access with other credit unions, so that we can access our accounts from 3 different credit unions at one location.

Friendly staff. Been money'ing (not a bank) with this credit union for years. I like it because it just works.

We've had nothing but great experiences. It's surprising to see that they're open 7 days a week. Very few of the branches in Anchorage are open on Sunday. We're super glad to have the one branch here in Olympia. The staff was very professional in helping us buy a vehicle off Craigslist with cash one day.

Very bad, unsafe. Unscrupulous lawyer stole my account with false documents. Bank handed over all my money. Now I have go to court to get my money back. Beware they are not knowledgeable of current scams.
