The staff was Amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great and Happy hour was awesome. The bed was super comfy which is a plus for us! The shower heads were top notch which we've decided to have that added to our shower in our home. We have no complaints and stayed for two weeks. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality!

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Not only is it super clean, the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful! We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay! Every staff member we ran into greeted us and looked happy to be there! The breakfast area is very nice, coffee bar is open 24/7 and they have a great selection in the store area for snacks and drinks. If you’re staying in Florence, I recommend 100% Homewood Suites!

Rooms were spacey and clean, full kitchen and good working ice machines. Nice fire pits to enjoy in the evening. Area was nice, felt that my car was safe in their lot. Close to everything! Typical hotel breakfast, nothing special. I'd stay here again if in the area for sure.

Kinda weird experience - first some positives. Staff was friendly, provided crib for baby, good quality and tasting breakfast and nice pool. I love the format that Homewood has for rooms - very family friendly, which we needed with a three year old and baby. The poor manager and staff were working a ton and seemed to basically be there for the entire time we were there. Still, everyone was pleasant and helpful. TVs in the room were some of the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Now some negatives - firstly the toilet in the bathroom was not properly sealed to the floor, making it rock when sat upon or when flushed. Bathroom shelf was also falling off the wall. I get this isn’t the tip top of hotel chains and staffing issues persist, but some basic stuff like that is always a bummer to deal with. If you are staying on the first floor especially, be on the lookout for ants coming into the room. We woke up in the morning to a swarm (dozens) of ants all over the bed (see photo) and later found them in the kitchen, kitchen sink and bathroom. Very gross and was glad to have room comped for the trouble after the manager sent someone down to check. Unlikely to stay here again. Probably an outlier experience but maybe if put on the first floor at this hotel see if any other higher rooms are available just to not have to deal with the chance of ants crawling all over you. Lol.
