Very friendly and comforting environment. The smell of good BBQ hits you as you enter the door. It was my first time and was greeted when we walked in the door and asked if we have been here before. Rachel gave us an amazing breakdown of how the place worked. She looked really busy as she was making a plate of food and come to find out it was samples for me and my coworker to try. I ordered the half rack ribs and the pork sandwich. I thought I would have left overs to go however I devoured it all. Rachel would check on us frequently if we needed anything else during our time here and that amazing friendly service personality stood out! She mentioned it was originally her day off and I’m sure glad she was there as I feel she made our experience that much better! Thank you again Rachel and Smokin This and That BBQ.

Damn good BBQ joint! I was in Cincinnati from out of town traveling for business and needed a later lunch before flying home Friday evening. I found this on Google maps when searching for something near the airport and NOT a chain/FF place. I love BBQ and decided to check it out even though it was a bit out of my way from the airport. I was offered a sampling of the 4 meats when I sat down at the bar (ribs, pulled pork, brisket and chicken). Ended up with a brisket sandwich, mac & cheese, BBQ beans and some corn bread (which I ate for my dessert). Had the slaw on the side as well. Everything was fantastic. Corn bread was moist and delicious. A bit of a quirky place in a out-of-the way strip mall, but food and service was excellent. Lots of locals and regulars seems to frequent this place, and a few were in when I was there at 3:30. I think it's a Veteran owned business, biker friendly and a great local business that the Owner does a lot for the community (based on what I heard from the bartender/waitress). Supports vets and offers military/first responder discounts. This is a must stop if you are in the area.

Great place to eat! From the very first time we walked in, we were handed samples of pulled pork, pulled chicken, pulled baby back ribs, and brisket....all smoked! It was so good that we had a hard time picking what kind of meat to get! We wanted all of them! We also tried a smoked egg! Yummy! I'm somewhat of a newbie to smoking, so I asked about how to smoke an egg. I was told how to do it and when we talked more about smoking, Guy (the owner), took me around and showed me the whole operation! So I went from being a first time customer to feeling like I've been part of the family for years, all in about 2 hours of time! Great operation! Great food! Great people! (Not necessarily in that order) You will have to decide for yourself, what you like the best about this place! You won't be disappointed! Thanks Guy, for everything! Rob McKee, from Michigan!

This is an amazing BBQ experience. You walk up to the counter to order and the menu is on the wall to your left. When we first arrived we were given a sample platter to try the different meats, and proceeded to order from there. I got the half rack of baby back ribs, Mac and cheese, and sweet tea. They came out quickly and the ribs were huge! The seasoning was on point and I practically inhaled my food. Definitely recommend stopping by this place. The service is amazing and the staff very friendly, the atmosphere is fun, comfortable, and clean. Highly recommend!
