Absolutely disgusting! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and stay ELSEWHERE! I booked weeks in advance for a NON-smoking room for my husband, infant and I. Was called on our way there and told they had plumbing issues (untrue-the lady at front desk said they were fully booked) and told I had to be moved to a smoking room. She assured us that the room did not smell, but it did. The hallway and room reeked like smoke. Actually, the whole hotel does. But the worst part was the MOLD and MILDEW! It stuck to our clothes and all of our things and we can still smell it after its been through a cycle of washing. We all began feeling sick, itchy and my daughter was coughing and sneezing the entire time. Other things wrong with the room: Floor was dirty upon check in. Some type of medicine in a little cup was spilled under the end table. Broken kitchen sink. Holes in various places (in bathroom door, by plumbing of toilet, saw some bugs coming out, wasn't able to catch them though) Bathroom fan (turns on with light) pulls in smoke from hallway, so your whole room reeks like cigarettes, too. We paid for a week, but did not stay the whole time. Very disappointed that we did not get our money back from the nights we did NOT stay.

I've stayed at this extended stay for nearly 2 months. I've waited until the very end to write out this review. This is not the worst place to stay. If you're looking into staying here then it's probably out of necessity and not by choice. It's cheap enough (as long as you bundle your time monthly) and it allows pets for an additional fee. 1) it's not the cleanest. My roommate and I were expecting this and had brought our own cleaning supplies. Before moving our things and our pets in we scrubbed the walls/floors/counters/and the bathroom. It took about 30 minutes for us to get it up to our standards. The walls were still stained in places and there were some peculiar marks on the ceiling we couldn't reach. So, bring your cleaning supplies and clean it yourself. Every 2 weeks the housekeeper will come by and make the room smell of vinegar without looking like any cleaning has been done. Don't worry, they'll leave their own rags on top the toilet for you to find later. We found that opening the window for a bit and doing a quick clean up will clear the smell. 2) You can't get around the noise. Thin walls on every side and godspeed if you're unlucky enough to be on the bottom floor. The neighbors above us seemed to be staying just as long as us and had the most interesting bouts of manic energy throughout the night. I'm not sure what was going on but they seemed to move the all of the furniture in their room every few hours. They certainly wore their heaviest boots for their morning and mid afternoon jog. I assume they prefer to do their workouts in their room. Sarcasm aside, you will hear and feel every step your neighbors take. You can hear every conversation, fight, and even the late night romance from across the hall. Bring noise cancelling headphones/ear plugs. 3) Fire alarms. They work!! They have a tendency to randomly go off in the middle of the night and sometimes throughout the day. I mostly work during the day so it didn't affect me much unless it went off at night. The flashing light is set right beside the bed so even if the alarm isn't blaring you can rest easy as the little green light flashes in 5 second intervals. 4) Bring your own cook ware/coffeemaker/towels/trash bags. Note that the hotel does provide bedding, however, you may be more comfortable bringing your own. Don't forget paper towels and a dish drying rack if you prefer to use glass plates. Bring your own soaps as well. 5) DO NOT USE THE HOTEL LAUNDRY! There is a laundry mat right down the road. Hotel washers were filthy. Filled with dog hair and they all smelled like public restrooms. Don't risk it. Wash your clothes down the road. It will also turn anything white a dingy yellow. 6) Staff. It's a hit or miss. There are a few staff members who are sweet as can be and truly helpful. However, most of them were rude. Plain and simple. They'd cut you off mid sentence and had a habit of glaring at you if you asked for clarification/assistance with keys/ or really if you were in their line of sight. It's a cheap stay and we didn't have much interaction with the staff. We made a point to avoid most of them when possible. Honestly if you have an issue, wait for the manager to get in. Let her take care of you. She's friendly enough and won't insult you before you're out of ear shot.

This place is TERRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all cost. Room doors don't close properly. Doors can almost never read key cards. Laundry facility and vending machines can/will go "offline" at any random moment and will not accept card payment. Walls are super thin and the rooms have cheap cots instead of beds. Fire alarm are constantly waking you ip at random hours. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes. Aside from all this. The front desk staff offers no recourse or even assistance for any problem arising from their low quality "amenities". I stayed here for a few weeks with my work crew while we worked nights locally. Upon arrival after work at 5 a.m. my co-worker's room key wouldn't work and the front desk staff came down screaming and yelling at him and demanded a $10 card replacement fee be paid in cash and refused to replace his defective key until he paid. This hotel deserves a negative 5 star rating. This dump should be leveled and the front deak staff fired!
