We brought our 9 month old cat Chaos in for an injury and they attended to him right away amd took the best care of him. They treated him and he is now at home recovering. Sending a Heartfelt Thank You to everyone who helped Chaos. We are greatful.

My dog decided it would be a good idea to lacerate himself on a rusty screw on a Saturday. I live in Shelton, and began calling every urgent care and ER clinic within an hour radius. Nearly every hospital was at capacity and unable to take new patients. It's just the way things are in the veterinary world right now, and I'm not upset about it, but it did make things extraordinarily tricky in order to get my dog seen today. After an exasperating search, I finally got in touch with the "A-Team" at Uptown. It took a little coordinating and patience, but we were able to get squeezed in late in the afternoon for a laceration repair. The customer care team was extremely kind and courteous. The vet techs and assistants were all so stellar and compassionate during intake and discharge. Dr. Hardegree is a total gem, and I'm lucky we got to work with him today. Overall I am so pleased to have a very happy ending to our day, and felt confident in the hands of all the staff at Uptown. Their costs are very reasonable and the quality of care is beyond expectations. I highly recommend this clinic for your pets needs!

In August, our beloved dog Penny had to have emergency surgery to remove her spleen that was bleeding and ended up being cancerous. The wonderful docs at Uptown took incredible care of her and this location was the only vet I could find in all of Seattle who was willing to take her and perform the surgery. After a few weeks of recovery, Penny was back to her old self, happy as can be and able to go on long walks and hikes. The docs predicted she would live 6 months after the surgery and we were fortunate enough to have her for 7 months before the cancer returned. We lost her two weeks ago but we are so grateful to these doctors for giving us the precious, extra time with Penny.

Uptown animal hospital took wonderful care of our boy George. If it wasn’t for the quality and intensive care provided here he would have died from Parvo. Both our regular vet and a large breed specialist reviewed George’s records and said they did everything possible and perfectly to save our dogs life. Our bill wasn’t cheap but it was worth every penny and Uptown did everything they could to help us finance his care and helped find the outside resources we needed immediately. My anxiety was through the roof during George’s stay at the vet and the front desk staff was patient and caring when I called for updates, when they could hear my tears and shaky voice they definitely took extra time to comfort my fears. I am forever grateful and highly recommend this vet.

I wonder why so long? They told me about a week and its already almost been a month and a half. I'll continue to be patient.
I say call or go straight in. Not worth the risk if showing hives
