Friendly staff. But accidently unplugged a spark plug wire for my 95 Toyota Pickup. Obviously caused misfires and made me have a mini heart attack. Didn't realize it immediately and drove halfway home (which is down hills so low RPM) before releasing something was seriously wrong. Had to figure out the problem in the pouring rain. Please tell staff to be more careful when removing dipsticks. Edit: Attempted to contact the support from the response to this review. They never responded.

I went down to this Jiffy Lube to get an oil change due to my vehicle reminding me I was due for an oil change. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough of the recommended oil to perform the complete service. They told me they expected a shipment in the near future but in the meantime, Brenden, the technician checked my oil and topped it off to hold me over until an adequate shipment of oil arrived at no charge. This was service above and beyond what was expected. It also gave me the peace of mind to wait until I can get a full oil change.

I had my oil changed back in September 2021 at this location. Brenden was the service manager and he was super professional and helped me get in and out quickly even though they were fairly busy. Flash forward to January 2022 and I was having a slight oil leak. I took my truck back to Brenden at the Gig Harbor location and he promptly had the service techs check everything out. They found the problem, fixed it, and topped off my oil all on the house. I appreciated this, especially considering it had been over 3 months since they had touched my truck. It would have certainly been reasonable to make me pay, but they took care of it for me. I will definitely return here.
