I made a mistake and forgot to order my sandwich as a lettuce rap for my daughter. once I got there I realized the mistake and asked them if they could just make me a lettuce wrap out of the sandwich i already paid for. They said no sorry can't do it, and they gave me a free sandwich lettuce rap for my daughter. Totally awesome customer service !! Thank you awesome Gig Harbor Jimmy John's store

Ordered 6 box lunches and was told the price varies. Ordered two vegetarian. Total was $88 with no drinks, so pretty expensive lunch for the kids and grandkids. If I order again will just get sandwiches and buy chips and cookies in bulk at the store.

Food was good as always, and I had a chance to chat with the GM, Patti, for a few. I travel a lot and am from the Southeast, so to meet someone so hospitable and kind that far Northwest was a much needed breath of fresh air! If I travel back to this area I know where I'm coming for food and friendly faces.

I work at a nursing home down the road I helped a resident order food from here, from the time we called to the time the food arrived was an hour. We called to see what was raking so long and they said it was because there was no name, he was never asked to leave one. Also some special request were not done like cutting the pickle in half. A The residents who are the food said it was delicious. I'm disappointed in this chain for making my residents wait so long and offer them nothing even though their moto is "freaky fast"
