Okay service. Often feel rushed by dentist who has poor bedside manner. His work itself seems good. Dental hygienists, it really depends on who you get regarding bedside manner.

Reducing to 2 star rating. I think the larger organization of Bright Now Dental has a lot of issues, and I advise against using this place. However, the people at the local Huber Heights branch are pretty good to work with. At the last two visits there I noticed a screw either loose and the joint worn or the screw missing on the arms that hold equipment, some of which is suspended above you. I am still waiting on a basic cleaning after they dropped my appointment back when COVID started. On May 3, 2022, I asked to be put on a schedule for a cleaning, and the soonest they could do was Feb 15, 2023. That is not a mistake on the year, and I am not a new patient. They were able to squeeze in my filling and if you ever do get care it seems professional. They may offer to put you on a cancelation notice, but they told me there could be something like 100 people on that list also waiting. Previous review The care received is quality and people are nice. The customer service is not that great. They can't get you on a schedule right now because they are too booked up from Covid and have to wait for a cancellation. They have some funny policy's where you get an exam but have to come back another day to get a cleaning.

Bright Now Huber Heights worked hard to see that I received a stable implant to replace a crown I had broken off at the gum line. Dr Sandu was very consciences of the stability of the bone and shape of the tooth I received. I’m very happy with the results.

I arrived ten minutes late and after I filled out my paperwork was taken back for x-rays almost immediately. The staff there was very polite and curteous. The dentist explained my treatment plan and answered any questions I had. I felt confident enough about this place to come back to start my treatment plan at this branch. The only negative thing I have to say is that they are booked up quite far in advance.
