I went in there for a tire rotation/wheel balance. I was approached in the lobby by what I think is the store manager and asked if I really wanted my tires rotated as he claimed it has only been 5,000 miles. I tried to tell him that no it has been way over 5,000 miles and he showed me that the last time I was there was in August of 2021 with my mileage of my car at 45,000 which was so far off. I have had 3 oil changes in my car since August 2021 (2 at Valvoline, most recent by my fiancé). That means I roughly put 21,000 miles in my car in 7-8 months (I roughly put 650 miles on my car per week). If my car was at 45,000 miles in August then I would be over 70,000 miles right now but I was not. I just hit 50,000 miles not even a week ago. I tried to explain that the system was wrong and what I mentioned above with driving habits - he did not say a word to me. I asked him “Are you not even going to acknowledge what I am saying?” And he had an attitude and said he was going off of what the computer said. I told him that he was talking to me as if I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about. There was no apology. There was no trying to fix it to make it right. He didn’t seem to care for customer satisfaction. Will not go to this location again. Would not recommend going if you want to be treated like you don’t know a thing just because you’re a woman.

Very nice guys, was there for oil change. They were very kind, and every time I change the oil they offer coupons for $15-25. Free air even though I never asked for it, which is super nice and they vacuumed everything. Almost cried actually. They didn't have to do it. Thank you so much Jiffy Lube in Huber! ❤️

This place used to be awesome, I enjoyed the folks that worked there and they did a nice job on my oil changes , I’ve been going there for a long time , 4-5 yrs anyway . They’ve changed the policy and won’t allow me to sit in the comfort of my car while performing my oil change . So now I’m trying a new place today and won’t go back . It’s not about price , it’s about a level of customer service , It’s always about customer service when your getting something done to your most valuable asset next to your home for most of us . Ashame really for me to loose a Great place I thought I could trust to give me great service , now I have to find that elsewhere and we all know that can be challenging . So long to Jiffy live Huber heights !!
