Went in with long hair, left with my hair chopped and to my shoulders. The girl who attempted to cut my hair had only been there 3 weeks when I asked and had previously worked for Amazon. I made her stop cutting my hair and left in tears. I had to go have it fixed. Never again will I step foot in that place. I would avoid this place!

Angela is my stylist who cuts and tapers my hair. She is so pleasant and nice to talk to and professionally. When I schedule online I’m glad she is who I get when I get there. She will stay my personal stylist there!!

I took my 16 year old son for a haircut the day before school started. The stylist was rude right off the bat. She called my son's first name but he signed in under his last name so he was a little confused. She said “if I call your name you need to come up. I don't have time for all that“. To say the least I was a little perturbed but I understand that salons have been extremely busy. Then she asked him how he wanted his hair cut and he said to trim the top, sides and back. She said very rudely “with scissors, blade or clippers?“ I looked at her and said SCISSORS. Then sat down before I went Karen on her. She ignored him almost the whole time because she was busy talking to other employees and customers. I will never come back here! I cannot believe they treat people like that and still get business. I guess I'll have to go to a real salon next time.

We checked in online and one of the girls was calling names on the list very quietly. I spoke up and asked if she said my child’s name and she said “yeah “ I said “I’m sorry I didn’t hear you “! Then the lady rolled her eyes and gave me a look to kill ! I explained I couldn’t hear over the blow dryer . She again gave me a dirty look ! I told her since she has an attitude she wasn’t cutting my child hair. I bring my children here have never been treated this way ! #great clips I can’t believe you allow your employees to work behaving in this manner . # Great clips Brandt Pike unprofessional
