The apartments are way outdated. Breakers can’t handle much before going out. Our AC/Heat has been out for over 6 months and still no idea when the maintenance guys will be out to fix it. Rent has gone up for whatever reason. It’s a nice place as far as neighbors go though but it would just be better to look for somewhere else to stay.

Good place to stay. Things get fixed rather quickly. My only wish is that they had assigned parking

Rent went up. No longer cover water. Overpriced. Poor maintenance. Got new doors that were terribly installed and used egregious amounts of foam to cover it up. Have to fight the door to lock it. Rent is now paid through an online 3rd-party service that is widely known for poor functionality. If the website doesn't process your payment correctly, you aren't informed until the leasing office is asking for a late fee.
