They were short staffed only had 2 people working an a long line. But they rocked it!! I came at 2:14pm on Sunday ! 6/26/22 your staff need a bonus the two that worked with no help they work!! Younger man an I think a girl was with him. Super sweet! Didn’t let the rush bother them get to them! Busy it was insane busy. Huber heights sonic you rock!! Ask I drove 23 mins just to eat here I’m happy I always come help

We sat in line 25 to 30 minutes total (waiting to order then waiting to get our food). We ended up leaving without our food. When we drove back by about 15 minutes later the person that was in line behind us was still in line waiting. They were not busy, including us there was maybe 5 or 6 cars on the lot. Honestly this is the normal here it had just been about 6 months so we thought we would try again.

Buyer beware of this hole....... Absolutely horrible place! I came to get Onion Rings. Was told haven't had rings in over a year. Can't get the supplies, or no one to make them. My burger was cold and old. The two girls in there were mouthy to me too about the rings. Plus the one girl that was mouthy kept playing with her hair. They should be turned into the health dept. I'm done with this Sonic.

The employee who took my order sounded so friendly and the employee who delivered was the same, customer service was in point but when I actually ate the food it was cold and bleak. Sub-mediocre. I’ll try again another time and see what fortune brings.
