We order hot cakes with steak, I got no butter with my pancakes or a fork, I try asking for a fork and everyone just walked right by me or just stare at me!!! We also got a bagel steak sandwich that was greasy, hashbrowns weren't even hot, just crispy and dark, I oder a cappuccino and it was Luke warm, my mom got an water down orange juice, so I asked for a new one and the guy didn't even check and just gave my mom chocolate milk instead for a replacement!!! The workers are just standing around, talking and playing on their phones.

Today is my last day coming here they constantly pull me up an always mess up my order. Every night around 9 i come here before i go to work.

Lazy punks. Hrs say open till 11pm nope just after 10 won’t even talk to ya. Just trying to feed my kid before he goes to bed while we are traveling.

Went through drive thru order taker didn't listen to order fully. They had every customer pulling forward some fries were hot some were clearly old. Sprite was flat. Drink I ordered with no ice was only half full. Awful experience. I live in Akron in a much worse area and this is by far the worse McDonald's I've been too.
