Great Burger Joint! They have a couple locations, this one I like the best because the square it is on. Shop, walk around, different food and dessert places. Nice overall area. The food was good! Got a Burger and we tried the Truffle Fries also! They were a perfect appetizer.

Tourists were outside taking videos and the staff were visibly and verbally upset. They closed and locked the main street windows where we had wanted to sit on a sunny, warm Sunday afternoon to grab lunch. Their negative demeanor and attitudes to these tourists turned us off as no one else was complaining. Beautiful town tho and we found a place down the street much more welcoming who remembered the video tourists fondly.

We have been to Flipside Hudson before and had a great dine in experience. Last night we decided to try takeout (date night on the couch once the kiddos were in bed, lol). I did a quick once over to make sure everything was there and headed home. Once home and digging into our food we realized the toasted buns were actually burnt and the fries were all cold/broken fries. I understand we ordered later in the evening at 8:20 pm, but as a customer we should have had the same experience as those ordering earlier or dining in. Unfortunately our burger dinner was less than satisfying.

Went here for Carryout and the food was fantastic. Not all places have mastered carry out but FlipSide did a great job. We ordered corn dogs, 2 burgers, and the truffle Parmesan fries. Delicious! Can’t wait to go when the open their side for guests again.
