Absolutely the worst insurance! Been with them for 18 years and they are the most expensive with the least coverage! Spent over 30 minutes on the phone because they increased my rate and couldn't lower it. We have no accidents or tickets a clean record. Absolutely terrible I advise to definitely check around before choosing progressive.

They did an excellent job taking care of me and my car. As easy as taking your car in after an accident can be, plus Progressive was amazing and thoroughly made sure both me and my car were happy once everything was settled. Also, I was told by my mechanic that whoever did the body work (which was to me a third party that Progressive had hired, they could have hired anyone) was an "artist" at his trade, the paint job was as perfect as it could've been and the parts they used were quality American made- unlike every other body shop in our area save one or two- that uses cheap imports that yellow and fade over time. This all cost Progressive more, so I'm really, actually... impressed!

Considering I was a full day early for my repair estimate, they still inspected my vehicle. Stand up company!!! I'm thankful. Time is too valuable to waste. Thank you #Flo and Progressive!!!! Outstanding customer service.

I've had to visit this location a couple times and everyone is very friendly and helpful; however, I was promised a rental car that matched the storage of my CR-V. I even had one staff member call me and tell me she was going to hold a Dodge that exceeded the room of the CR-V, but when I arrived, I was told that all the rentals were gone. Luckily they had just finished washing a rental, so I was at least able to get home without calling an Uber, but I am burned by this experience. In addition, the rental that I did acquire has very little storage, causing me to rethink my upcoming camping trip. EDIT: After getting my car back, I noticed that they didn't fully reassemble the lift gate. I understand this is probably the mechanic they took my car to, but I feel like it is important to note.
