I love how easy they make the process. I had the same person come out to do the measurements and the actual installation so it was super smooth and required very little extra attention on my part. Nia was great with providing me with carpet options that fit my budget and looked great with the rest of the home. I was impressed with their turnaround time and their reasonable prices and the finished product was excellent. I will certainly use them again on future projects!

We recently inherited my late uncles home & were in the market for new carpet. Went here first because my family has used their services before and everything went over well. The first gentleman who came to measure our floors was cordial, but didn’t speak much English so I was unable to ask questions or really get any information from him. The quote we got was more than expect so we kept shopping around to compare rates. We ended up coming back because it was the fastest we could get something installed with a decent carpet option. The installer (Jody- not sure on the spelling) was PHENOMENAL. Extremely outgoing and friendly guy, totally kicked butt with installation. We have an interesting layout with some weird stairs and a chimney in the middle of the room and everything looks PERFECT! Highly recommend his services again, if you can request a specific installer- he’s your guy! The stairs are even easier to walk up and down which is a lifesaver for us! Overall ended up being satisfied with the business as a whole & will continue to go to them first for flooring needs.
