I took a walk-in today. My vitals/intake were done by Lea (so sorry if I spelled that wrong) and I was seen by Patricia as my provider (I’m very bad with names so I’m sorry if I’m wrong!). This was the single most wonderful visit I’ve ever had to any urgent care. Ever. The wait was long, but that didn’t matter. There’s nothing to be done there. The quality of care and attention to me and my situation was unparalleled. The empathy and compassion from both individuals was truly staggering and I appreciated it. I would just like to express my gratitude to both individuals for treating me and brightening my day. My experience on this visit is why I care so much about the names of my care team I would like them to know they were wonderful.

I have Epilepsy, currently relocating to Washington. My doctor in Oregon is under review so I've been without my meds for quite some time. Ricardo was very kind and honest with me. Gave me a emergency supply and told me to schedule an appt with a PCP here if my doctor can't help me or i can't make it back in time. He listened to me and truly saved me even if for a few days. Wishing he could be my PCP he was very kind and understanding. Thanks again Ricardo.

If there is only a way to give no stars. The website says 8am to 8 pm I took my suffering baby at 7:38pm last night and they said we take our last patient at 7:30 and they made me wait for 20 mins to check with the nurse not even the doctor and came back and said they can’t see my baby. I mean I felt so stupid. I dint say a word just walked out of that place. First of all these people are not working according to what the website says. Either they want to escape seeing patients or just pass the time after 7:30. The fact that the nurse said no to a suffering baby makes me feel how did they even get into this job ? No empathy ? Towards a infant baby ? Why would i take if they say 8am to 7:30 pm in the furst place. The website itself says 8am to 8pm. Horrible people. What is it was little serious kid and time ia critical ? If they do the same thing make you wait for 20 mins and say no ? Dont they have kids ? Are they humans atall ?

Tried to come here with my son because he started feeling ill with trouble swallowing and a sore throat. We showed up at 7:32 and was told he could not be seen because they stop seeing patients at 7:30, even though they are open until 8. Absolutely ridiculous and TERRIBLE customer service. They couldn't even let a child be seen because it was TWO minutes past the time. Avoid going here! They also suggested we go to Evergreen but last time I took my son there they told us fever was nothing to worry about in a child. His fever was 104.7. What an absolute joke.

Don't think so but I'm also not 100% sure either so I can be wrong. One thing for certain tho,all the staff and especially the nurses are so so so nice, comforting, non judgmental and beyond helpful so I'm pretty confident to say that if you went in and asked they would atleast give you referrals for your insurance. Keep ya head up. Good luck
Varies dramatically by day and time. Get there early.
