This establishment is short staffed most of the time they are hiring however. The food here is usually fresh the staff friendly but equipment doesn't seem to be kept up and something is always broken but still it's not a bad place to eat.

Normal I love Burger King but this one was an epic fail. I ordered 2 double Bacon cheeseburgers and fries. Got two single cheeseburgers and they were cold, had to wait until I got to the hotel in Mt. Vernon to heat and eat. Ticked me off had to use my bank card because they had no change.

At 315 pm (roughly) we went through the drive through. Our order was an original chicken meal medium and an order of nuggets. We were the only car in the drive thru. Upon getting to the window we paid for our order ( was given no receipt) after 5+ minutes we were told that two people had clocked out and they couldn't give us the nuggets but could give us 16 jalapeno bites instead. I said that my daughter wouldn't eat that could we get a chicken sandwich. They gave us a sandwich. I drove away thinking we were fine, she opened the sandwich and it was completely burned and not edible. I gave her half of mine. When we ate the fries they had so much salt on them they were also not edible. After a 9.00+ order we basically had to toss most of it because it was so bad. I am very disappointed in this location and will definitely not be going back.

this place gets five stars sheerly because of their immensely satisfying spicy chicking sandwich. way better chicken sandwiches than their competitors that are popular. burger king and kfc make the best chicken sandwiches in my opinion. also located next to tanger outlet malls. this is one of the nicer burger kings in the region if not the nicest more polished and presentable burger kings.
