second week in a row that they have not emptied our trash has never happened before. Our bill is up to date and is very annoying that we have not had space for our normal waste disposal needs!

Update #2: It seems the problem has been resolved and I'm happy it was. I'm upping the rating based on my experience as to date. Thank you YWS. Update: The company reached out to me and said they would make sure the issue is resolved. Let's hope that this is fixed. I really like their company but can't deal with the mess being left behind. After having to spend more money to have them back 100ft down a paved driveway, the driver consistently drops garbage all over the ground and never puts our can back. This has been going on for months and nothing has changed even with left notes asking him to please clean up his mess. He always also leaves garbage in the can as well.

I’ve always had good luck with Yakima waste until this year. They increase our rates and then two months later sent me a letter stating that they changed my service to an automated garbage can for convenience on their part and increased my rates again. When I called I was told if I wanted to continue my service I just have to deal with it and pay or cancel my service.
