I been attend 8 Ball Sports Bar & Bullard since they was in the short north area. Since Covid I have not had a real chance to get out. Tonight me and my husband decided to come out and shoot pool tonight. I really had a bad experience with your bartender Krissy. She is really unprofessional, unfriendly and not approachable. My husband did not feel comfortable going to get a second round. We travel from New Albany, Ohio to attend your pool hall hoping to have a good experience.

Bartender Jackie seem to be high and was constantly drinking rude to customers started alter cation with JD bar help and African Abdi then started argument with Kristy other bar tender refused to leave from behind bar or bar she should not be allowed in bar 🤔 for help she was about to Taz a customer because he accidentally pulled out expired ID then gave update one so she refused service and almost tazed Kristy other bar tender for yelling at her for her behavior she was being very messy and racist

My first time in there was on my birthday 3/7 and they were very rude and slow to help. So i went another day and the food was good and hot and the bar keeps were getting to everyone quickly and friendly. So I guess it depends on who's working

Wow. Was impressed by this place on a Saturday afternoon. The pool tables are great. The drink service is slow. But the bar food came out fast once ordered. And it was so good
