This company has really taken advantage of inflation. I would look elsewhere. Redwood apartments become a better deal with lower prices and higher quality fixtures. So even as a professional it has put a strain on cost of living.

This is the best place to live if you’re transitioning from living in a house, to an apartment. Extremely quiet neighborhood and all units come with a 2-car garage! Not to mention the property manager, Courtney, had outstanding customer service and was very responsive throughout the application process. The neighborhood is fairly new so you might get lucky like I did and get a brand new unit!
