Moved out here when this was still wilcox before they were brought out by ackerman. Before the previous owners left the place was ran smoothly I had no complaints price was very reasonable I felt apart of the community the location was great this was the perfect place for home. Recently they were bought out and the new property manager has made this place feel like less than home. Her attitude is the worst she is unprofessional rude treats the people of color different even though she is a person of color my apartment was falling apart price is going up from 1289 to 1654 not worth it. Maintenance half fix things they are not friendly I bought out my lease didn't not finish my lease would not recommend moving here!

I have been living here for 3 years, this last year has been the worst! This place is falling apart, There have been sewage backed up in my bathroom, under my kitchen sink constantly leaks amongst a lot of other issues! I will NOT be signing another lease!!

Moved here in February 2020 from a senior residence with my mother. We both love it here, it is quite and friendly and we love the pool.
