The whole hotel is run down and in a state of disrepair. The attendant claimed they are undergoing renovations but there is no evidence of any attempt to improve. The doors to the room stuck from moisture. Fixtures are dated. Our room had a musty smell. My daughter ended up sick the next morning with a sore throat. I received bug bites during the night. Avoid this hotel. You are far better off to try and go 30 mins in any direction to get a better stay. Hotel was expensive. My family got ill from the experience.

Upon walking in this place seemed to be undergoing some much needed renovations. Although no activity was visible or heard, the plywood over windows and unmatched interior design hopefully suggests that updates were being done. We were glad we were there only for one night. The walls in our room were filthy with black hand prints, splatter of who knows what, and holes. The box spring on the beds were fully visible and the chair was grossly stained. Restrooms are always on my radar for the dangers it presents health wise. The sink had an awful smell, that of rotten eggs,when we washed our hands, the hairdryer was falling of the wall, and again walls and door were just nasty. The work out room didn't have any cleaning supplies to clean the machines after use which is gross to think of how many people have used them. The odor on some of the machines was disgusting knowing no one has cleaned them. Needless to say we were not comfortable with the cleanliness of the room in general or the safety since the doors bent open at the bottom when pushed. The location is ideal just at walking distance from restaurants and shopping strip.

This hotel was absolutely filthy. I made a group reservation for 10 families to stay and I was so embarrassed at the condition of this hotel. Pull out beds in almost everyone’s room where dirty with food in them, rooms smelled. Horrible. No one could even stomach eating the free breakfast as they were disgusted from the condition of their room. I have stayed at countless Holiday Inns and have never encountered one this bad. Also all the soaps dispensers were empty, even the little ones on the counter!! DO NOT STAY HERE.

I never write reviews but this one is necessary. I want to start by saying the young man at the desk was great. I felt bad for him. First room we were given, wife noticed that the toilet was backed up. It wasn't just water in it........ I went down to the desk, he apologized and moved us to another room. We enter the next room and immediately notice that it looked like someone had been sleeping on top of the bed. Back down to the desk to let the guy know. He apologizes and moves us to a suite. The suite is ok but there is a stain of something running down the wall in the bedroom and there was no overhead light bulb in the seating area. It was late so we got some sleep and then I needed to work some in the morning. I got up to work and the wifi was so bad, I could barely get connected to the work VPN and it was so unstable, our IT couldn't get to my laptop to install an application. He couldn't even establish a connection. No work possible. All this on top of when I went down the first time to talk to the guy at the front desk, I noticed that my shoes literally stuck to the carpet on the right side of the elevator!!! I have been staying in HI hotels for over 20yrs. I never have seen anything like this. The guy at the front desk did give me some points for the trouble but they honestly should have paid us to stay there. It was seriously that bad.
