Regardless of how busy they are, the wait time is always excessive. The young people at the front register have zero idea of how to be professional or respectful. I've never once seen an adult or a manager working, just a place full of children. The place is kept too dark for anyone to be able to tell if it's actually clean in there or not and that usually means not, in my experience. Any restaurants north of I70 along Baltimore-Reynoldsburg/Hill Rd. are like this, go south of I70 for a better experience.

Not a great carry out experience. I ordered wings and salad. First, I ordered all flappers and paid extra for that and got majority drums. They put my cold salad in the same bag with my piping hot wings, and I had to ask for my blue cheese for the wings and salad.

9-23-21 This seems to be a problem anytime I order. I say extra crispy. Wet wings. Some wings be bald headed and rubbery. Fix it bdubs 04-16-22 ordered some today didn't feel like cooking. I told the take out lady these are extra crisp and wet. She says yes. They poured the whole bottle of sauce on rubbery chicken. I was better off frying my own and buying the bottles of sauce. If you love your chicken rubbery like Michelin tires. This is the place for you.

If it's was only the first time it would have been ok. But three times? This is not ok Drive from my work to this place three times, and the more I come the disappointment goes higher. I ordered Buffalo wings, and this is what I got. Really? Chicken and butter?? For real The receptionist was awesome but you need to reconsider what is being served to people. Will never waste my time and money again.
